There will be a Halloween Extravaganza at the Swansboro Rotary Civic Center on Sat., Oct. 24. From 9am to 4pm there will be a craft fair and BBQ plates for $7. There will be a children's Halloween Party from 1pm to 4pm for ages K-5th grade. There will be games, goody bags and a haunted house. The price is $5. The town of Swansboro invites all to the annual "Arts by the Sea" festival. Admission is free and is held in downtown Swansboro. Festival goers will enjoy a juried arts and crafts show as well as other activities. In addition new this year is "Wine on the White Oak".
